GSH SOLUTION TERMS OF USE
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the GSH Solution website (the “Site”), mobile applications, and related online or offline services that we provide (collectively, the “Services”), whether accessed via computer, mobile device, or otherwise, including any electronic content, functionality, features, and applications (collectively, “Materials”) offered on or through the Services. Depending on your status, you may access our Services as a visitor (“Guest User”) or as a registered user (“Registered User” and collectively, “User(s)”).
1. Agreement

8. Intellectual Property Rights
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the Services. All content and materials, including names, logos, designs, and text, are owned or licensed by GSH Solution and protected by law.

10. Text Message Program
By opting in to SMS updates, you consent to receive marketing and service messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Text “STOP” to opt out or “HELP” for assistance. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

14. Governing Law; Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to resolve all disputes through binding arbitration, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with the arbitration held in Monmouth County, New Jersey or virtually.
You waive your right to a jury trial and agree not to participate in any class action or representative proceeding.
This section does not limit our right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.
15. Services Controlled from the United States
We operate the Services from the U.S. and do not guarantee that materials are suitable or available elsewhere. Accessing the Services from outside the U.S. is at your own risk.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason. If your account is terminated, you may not create a new one without our consent.
17. Entire Agreement; Severability
These Terms (including our Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and GSH Solution. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.
18. Electronic Communications and Signatures
You agree to electronic communications and consent to electronic records, including agreements and signatures. This satisfies any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
